The Chicago Metallic slice brownie pan is a wonderful baking pan for brownies or cakes. I just received it and have been baking brownies and cakes like crazy. My husband loves the fact that his brownies are crispy on all sides and I like the way it separates each piece perfectly rectangular, which makes it easier to package and display with the rest of my baked goods. I like the hand held flip pan base, it makes it easier to pull out the baked pieces.It provides a larger serving size than the other pans being sold, and cuts an ample piece that pleases the men in the family. I recommend this product, for its ease of use and larger serving size cuts.

This brownie pan makes baking brownies very easy. The brownies come out looking beautiful but hard as rock. Evidently the extra metal surfaces make them bake much faster than normal. After the first batch that came out inedible, I tried reducing the baking time but the brownies still came out very hard. It will obviously be a trial and error process. But once I get the baking time right, it should be wonderful.Customer Review: disappointed

I was so excited when I purchased this item. Yes I loved the way it sliced all the brownies so professionally and looked so good, but they were over done, I think because the bottom is different then most other pans. They were over done and hard.
If I do use the pan again, I would bake it much less time, then the box recommended.
