The nurses refuse to give me a knife (they keep telling me to remember "what happened last time"), so normally when I break into the hospital kitchen to make late-night brownies I'm forced to eat the entire pan as one huge, single brownie!! Not anymore! Now I can slice them into horribly symmetrical little devil-squares without needing that nurse's stupid knife afterall. Stupid nurse, I'll show her...
Anyway, the only downside to this thing is that I haven't figured out a way yet to use it to chop up my victims and I think it might be infected with SecuROM DRM software and so I probably won't be able to install it to my oven more than three times, but I guess I'll jump that hurdle when I come to it.

I love this brownie pan. It's heavy gauge, easy to use and easy to clean. I used baking spray on the pan and divider and had no trouble whatsoever taking the brownies out. Even though the instructions on the box said to put the divider in first then pour in the batter, I did it in reverse because I thought pouring the batter into the divider would be messy. This worked out well. The divider came out of the brownies leaving each square intact and the brownies came out of the pan without leaving a crumb behind. The product worked just as I wanted it to. I wish I had bought this long ago.Customer Review: Amazing

This pan is not the Perfect Brownie Pan advertised on tv, but it is just as good. This is only a 9x9 pan for those that don't pay attention. Brownies are cooked perfectly and look amazing. The outside brownies tasted more like "edged" brownies than the two in the middle, but that was to be expected. I really like this pan, I only have one, but I may just buy another.
Also for those of you who once again don't read everything and burn your brownies or have them stuck to the pan, READ THE BOX!. It says to coat ALL SURFACES with NON-STICK SPRAY.

I love the way cake and brownies come out in this pan. It cooks everything evenly, so you don't have those soggy spots in the middle. Since each square cooks individually crumbs are almost non-existence when you serve these squares, which I think is a big plus! Clean up takes a little time, but I find an old toothbrush works wonders to get all the baked on bits - well worth the effort for the superior product this pan produces.Customer Review: Works just like we hoped

I bought this over the Perfect Brownie, just to save a few bucks. We sprayed the pan and insert fully with the cooking spray and cooked the brownies about 10 minutes less than the package said and everything turned out PERFECT -- exactly like we hoped. It was easy to clean the pan and the brownies came off the pan easily. Everything was cut and cooked nicely.
