Customer Review: a bit of a "uni-tasker"

The product arrived on time and was packaged nicely. The pan itself is pretty heavy duty, but the tiny heart removable plates are a bit flimsy. The bottom of each "mold" is slightly bigger than the removable plates that makes me second think about filling the molds with any runny batter. It would probably only be used to make cheesecake, tarts, or something with a more solid base. The pan has little nooks and cranny that would probably be a pain to clean if you didn't clean it properly the first time. Customer Review: Great Pan

This pan worked perfectly for mini cheesecakes. Because I had to make more than 12, after completely cooled I froze the cheesecakes in the pan. After frozen, I popped them out and removed the bottoms so I could make another batch.Customer Review: Mini Sweetheart Cheesecake Pan

Timing is everything, and these pans arrived just in time to make the 200 mini cheesecakes for my daughter's wedding reception. They turned out beautiful and delicious! This pan makes some very cute little cheesecakes (and other treats from what others have written). I would give it 5 stars if it weren't such a complete pain to clean it. It's very hard to get into the corners and normal sponges and scrubbers are too big. I am still trying to find a mini scrubber that can get in there (a sponge isn't strong enough). This pan is wonderful! It is a sturdy heavy duty pan that makes individual cheesecakes that are approximately 5-6 bites. The cheesecakes are easy to remove from the pan and it washes really well.
