I have three of these pans for making lots and lots of brownies. I wanted a consistently sized brownie and I wanted each one to have edge -- voila! This is the perfect pan, and they make the perfect size brownies.
The removable bottoms make removal very easy, but washing the pan is tough. Cake gets stuck in the corners, always, so it takes a bit of time. Then you have to wash each of the square removable bottoms individually. If you had a dishwasher, you could just put it in there, I suppose.
The perfect pan for individual treats.
